The solver implements a 365-day Newton–Raphson XIRR, with bisection if Newton fails. It is tested against Microsoft’s published example. We do not warrant that every pathological cash-flow set will match every spreadsheet version, or that a rate exists at all.

You are responsible for the dates and amounts you enter. Garbage in, confident-looking garbage out. Confirm material decisions with a SEBI-registered adviser and, where needed, a chartered accountant.
